Only the good die young.
Life is spiraling out of my control and it’s getting hard to handle. I thought my life was turned upside-down a month ago, and then yesterday, we only get more bad news. My beautiful cousin’s life has been taken, as well as two others, due to drinking and driving. She was a single mom, who leaves behind her six year old daughter. Life is pretty damn unfair, to say the least. While this is all hard to accept, I consider myself lucky to have known her. She got me into my favorite band, Modest Mouse. That alone is a huge effect she has had on me.
Rest in peace Ronda Hall, I will always remember the summers we spent under the sun, and under the fireworks in Granite every year on the fourth. Our family will definitely not be the same without you.
